PROVO, Utah, July 6, 2017 –– Backstage Library Works (www.bslw.com) is pleased to announce the promotion of Chad Cluff to Chief Information Officer. Chad has worked at Backstage for 20 years and has fulfilled many roles, including metadata services technician, technical services developer, authority control programmer, software development and IT head, and now chief information officer. He is a PMP-certified leader who has worked with numerous clients, internal and external, in various formats to develop custom solutions to complicated data problems. Chad will be responsible for the information, data, and programming needs of the company.

Chad’s insights, knowledge, and many years of service and experience at Backstage will be a valuable tool in the company’s mission to provide the best possible service to its clients.
