DULUTH, Ga., Nov. 1, 2017 -- Equinox is pleased to announce that they have successfully migrated the LeHigh Valley Libraries to Evergreen within the PaILS SPARK Consortium.

This move includes more than 155,000 patrons, and over 352,000 bibliographic records. For the LeHigh Valley migration Equinox worked with the PaILS consortium along with Allentown Public Library, Bethlehem Area Public Library and Easton Area Public Library to design and implement Evergreen policies, OPAC branding, Evergreen notifications and supported 3rd party integrations. As part of the SPARK consortium,The LeHigh Valley Libraries are now hosted and supported by Equinox on their industry leading Sequoia platform.

"Migrating to a new ILS is never easy - and our situation was not migrating just one library, but three independent libraries that have shared an ILS for 16 years - the migration team at Equinox handled all of our needs, questions, and requests with professionalism, understanding and patience. I am pleased at how seamless the transition took place for us here at the Easton Area Public Library and look forward to the opportunities that we will have to continue to grow our resource sharing with not just our partners in the Lehigh Valley Library System, Allentown Public Library and Bethlehem Area Public Library, but with other libraries using the Evergreen software in the state of Pennsylvania. It's a win for all of us!"-Jennifer Long, Director, Easton Area Public Library

"It was wonderful to train the libraries in Lehigh Valley area. They were a sharp, detail-oriented group and I am certain they will be a fantastic addition to the SPARK Evergreen consortium.- Mary Jinglewski, Product and Implementation Trainer
