Applications are invited for the post Assistant Officer in the Library of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, New Delhi
Pay Scale: Rs. 20600 - 46500
Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years
Essential Qualification: First Class Graduate in Library Science from a recognized University. Masters Degree is Desirable.
Experience: Should have a post qualification executive experience of 1 year at least in the following pay scales or equivalent level: IDA : Rs.6550 – 11350 (pre revised) / Rs. 12600 – 32500 (Revised), CDA : Rs.6500 – 10500(pre revised) / Rs. 9300 – 34800 ( Grade Pay Rs. 4200) (Revised)
Experience Profile: Should be well versed with in house job activities like processing, procurements and indexing for Books, Reports and Standards, Periodicals control, Financial statements and budgeting, Readers’ oriented services, Library administrative jobs.
Should be Computer literate for Library automation for bibliographic databases and various applications/reportings, Library networking,Online products and updations. Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in Power Sector will be preferred.
