    ByWater completed the transition of the library's 43,500 plus bibs from Voyager and is providing ongoing support services to the library. The library's customized Koha OPAC can be viewed at https://ctxlibrary.bywatersolutions.com/

    Kalleen Marquise, Partner Engagement Specialist, recently commented on the migration, "The Concordia team went through this migration during a difficult time, having experienced a severe weather event in February causing damage to their library. Throughout, the staff kept providing virtual assistance to students while going through this implementation! It was amazing to see their perseverance and we were proud to support them during this time."

    ByWater Solutions, America’s forefront provider of Open Source library technology support, announced that HELM (Higher Education Libraries of Massachusetts), an association of Massachusetts college libraries in public higher education has added Worcester State University Library to their HELM catalog.

    ByWater completed the transition of the libraries' 130,000 plus holdings from Horizon and is providing ongoing support services to the library. The HELM Catalog can be viewed at https://catalog.helmlib.org/.

    Valerie Burnett of the Data and Migrations Team at ByWater Solutions recently commented on their migration, "I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work on this project with the team at HELM and Worcester Library.
