This Week In Libraries (TWIL), the first global library internet TV show, is now also available via iTunes as an audio podcast. This video-based talk show, produced by Shanachie Media, is halfway through its 3rd season, and now librarians around the world have the chance to subscribe to the audio version of the show in iTunes so they can listen to their favorite episodes on their smartphones on their way to work, or whenever they like.

Many library leaders and visionaries have been happily joining in conversations with Erik and Jaap on TWIL. So if you want to hear people like professor / speaker Michael Stephens, library architect Francine Houben, Temple University librarian and blogger Steven Bell, IFLA past president Ellen Tise, ALA past president Roberta Stevens, president of the Library Assocation of Singapore Gene Tan, or Dick van Tol, the man who created Amsterdam's famous airport library, then it is worth your time and effort to go to the show's website (www.thisweekinlibraries.com) to check out some of the older episodes. Starting with episode 77 (June 27, 2012), you can subscribe to the podcast in iTunes, so you never have to miss out on any global library news and inspiration again (http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/this-week-in-libraries/id540455415?mt...). You can also find the iTunes subscribe button on the show's site: www.thisweekinlibraries.com.

Shanachie Media is an initiative of Jaap van de Geer and Erik Boekesteijn from Delft, the Netherlands, where for many years they have helped to build DOK, one of the most modern libraries in the world (www.dok.info). These 2009 Library Journal Movers and Shakers are also known for their library road trip across the USA in 2007, which is available as a book with a DVD movie (Information Today, Inc., http://books.infotoday.com/books/ShanachieTour.shtml).
