Bethesda, MD – May 19, 2011 - LibLime is pleased to offer the latest development features and bug fixes available in LibLime Koha 4.2.
The newly developed and tested features available in LibLime Koha 4.2 include work completed since our last publicly available release in September, 2010

This enhanced functionality is the result of the many libraries using LibLime Koha who have sponsored new development and played a key role in the quality assurance process as well as the alpha and beta testing cycles. Following their sign off, LibLime Koha 4.2 went into production at a number of LibLime customer sites for final beta, and is now approved for general release for other Koha libraries.

    New functionality includes:
    - MARC tag edit for import
    - Expanded support for 001 and 035 matching upon import
    - Enhanced functionality of ‘Did you mean’ search option in the OPAC
    - Expanded holds support for consortiums providing intralibrary borrowing
    - Suspend and re-activate holds by patron
    - Storing auxiliary style sheets on a remote server for local OPAC customizations
    - Enhanced Bestseller Club features

LibLime has made the 4.2 release readily available as a bundled package that can be downloaded and installed by libraries and other organizations. The entire codebase of LibLime Koha 4.2 is also available for developers as a unified git repository in our public repository.

The download bundle, as well as the latest Release Notes, are available at liblime.com/downloads or koha.org/downloads. For more information on LibLime Koha implementation, data migration, training, hosting, development, and support services, email us at: kohainfo@liblime.com
