Bethesda, MD – March 17, 2011 – Yates Center Public Library, in Yates Center, Kansas has successfully implemented Koha with LibLime as their next generation, open source ILS. Yates Public Library is a member of the Southeast Kansas Library System (SEKLS). SEKLS serves member libraries in over 60 cities in Southeast Kansas and several of those members participate in a Koha union catalog.

The SEKLS Koha union catalog has over 396,000 bibliographic records. Since 2008, LibLime has worked closely with SEKLS to migrate 25 of their member libraries to the union catalog. Their Koha membership continues to grow as the Consortium is working with many more Southeast Kansas libraries.

The Yates Public Library migrated from their legacy Concourse system.
