Brill, a prominent scholarly publisher, is pleased to announce the second part of its online journal archives: Brill Journal Archives Online Part 2: Archives of the 21st Century. After publishing the first part in 2008 (covering the 19th and 20th century), this second part of the journal archives covers the first decade of the 21st century.
The Brill Journal Archives Online now offer access to a wealth of scholarly information - more than 85,000 articles (1.265 million pages) published before the year 2010, covering over 3,300 volumes of 160 scholarly journals. The archives include all the back volumes of journals published under the imprints Brill, Martinus Nijhoff and VSP.
Brill subscribers automatically have full access to the archives of the journals to which they subscribe. By purchasing the Journal Archives, libraries will obtain perpetual access to these archives, and they will also gain access to the archives of all other titles in Brill’s rich journal collection.
The Journal Archives consist of two parts, the first part covering the 19th and 20th century and the second part the first decade of the 21st century. For each part, libraries can either choose the whole journal collection or select one of the subject collections: Humanities & Social Sciences, International Law & Human Rights and/or Science & Biology.
