LearningExpress, LLC, the leading provider of job and career advancement, test-preparation, and skill-building programs, announced today that the North Dakota State Library has entered into a strategic partnership with LearningExpress to implement the LearningExpress Library(TM) online learning platform on a statewide basis. This agreement marks the fourteenth statewide contract awarded to LearningExpress, LLC. As part of the agreement, North Dakota residents will have free, unlimited access to over 800 academic and career-oriented tutorials and practice tests, and over 150 e-books through any of the public, academic and school libraries within the state.

"One of the North Dakota State Library's highest priorities is providing remote access to Online Library Resources to all of its citizens. All that is needed for access is a library card from any North Dakota library, including the North Dakota State Library," says Doris Ott, North Dakota State Librarian.

The LearningExpress Library(TM) online learning platform, geared toward both students and adults, provides the most up-to-date test-preparation and skill-building resources available. With LearningExpress Library, patrons can prepare for a wide-array of academic tests such as the GED, SAT, ACT, and GMAT, as well as career certification and licensing exams in high-growth industries such as education, allied healthcare, civil service, military and many more. For job seekers, LearningExpress Library(TM) features a robust job-search and career skills help center which guides patrons through the steps of the job-search process, from creating a great resume and honing interviewing techniques to improving business communications skills. The platform also includes hundreds of interactive skill-building courses in reading, writing, and math for all ages. The innovative platform includes interactive, self-paced study, instant scoring, and diagnostic feedback, and can be accessed from any computer that has an Internet connection.

"We are pleased to partner with the North Dakota State Library in offering our easy-to-use, proven learning platform on a statewide basis, and we look forward to helping serve the needs of its patrons who want to better prepare themselves for success in school, in their careers, and in life," says Barry Lippman, president and CEO of LearningExpress, LLC.
