This agreement marks the fourteenth statewide contract awarded to LearningExpress, LLC. As part of the agreement, North Dakota residents will have free, unlimited access to over 800 academic and career-oriented tutorials and practice tests, and over 150 e-books through any of the public, academic and school libraries within the state.
